Following senior positions at deMartin Marona Associates and Lippincott & Margulies, Milt founded Kass Associates in 1972, and co-founded Kass Uehling in 1988. He has built a team of multi-disciplined professionals and developed the methodologies that have helped clients harness the power of effective communications. An industrial design graduate of Pratt Institute, he has served on the faculty of Parsons School of Design and has received numerous awards for design excellence.
